Spread across three floors, the house features six stylish bedrooms — five ensuite and a children's bunk room — comfortably sleeping 12 adults and 2 children. A welcoming lounge, fully equipped chef's kitchen-diner and sun-drenched deck create the perfect setting for gathering together.

Before moving into luxury holiday houses, Max spent several years running an award-winning boutique hotel, where great design, attention to detail and warm, personal hosting was at the heart of everything. That experience continues to shape how Cliffhanger House is run today.

Approximately 80–90 minutes from central London by direct train from London Bridge or Charing Cross to St Leonards Warrior Square or Hastings. By car it is around 65–70 miles from London.
Absolutely — ideal for milestone birthdays, family reunions, hen weekends and anniversary celebrations. Please note that no sound systems or events involving non-staying guests are permitted.
Free on-street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Generally plentiful outside peak summer periods.
Check-in is from 4pm on arrival day (earlier by prior agreement). The house must be vacated by 10am on departure day.
A 50% deposit on booking, balance due 6 weeks before arrival. Fully refundable up to 6 weeks prior (less card fees). Non-refundable within 6 weeks unless dates are resold, in which case a 50% refund is given. Lead booker must be 30 or over.
